The Avicultural Society

This summer the Avicultural Society will be enjoying a visit hosted by Graham Lee at his private collection in Essex. Graham is an accomplished finch breeder and should you be a fan of finches (parrotfinches and waxbills in particular) this is a trip for you. Graham also sells various bird wares, so bring some money with you and you might pick up a few things! There will be a barbecue in the evening also, should you wish to bring any alcoholic drinks, you are welcome but please be aware alcohol will not be provided.

To cover costs, entry will be £10 per person, which can be payed on the day, HOWEVER, this is a first come first served event with limited spaces, so please make sure you E-Mail the Social secretary at christopher_kent@live.co.uk with a contact E-mail of your own so we can forward you the details.

Please do not turn up on the day hoping to get in as you will be turned away if you are not on the guest list.

The date is the afternoon/evening of Saturday 18^th July, 2015.

There is limited parking at the house which we will reserve for disabled people, The train station is nearby, with lots of parking spaces available.

It looks to be a superb day.
