The Avicultural Society

We are sad to report the death of Peter Stocks on April 7^th. Until very recently Peter served as the Society’s Secretary/Treasurer, a post he held for several years. Peter was interested in a wide range of birds, but was best known as an owl breeder. He had suffered from cardiovascular problems for a number of years. Our condolences go to his partner Kay, who worked with him on behalf of the Society.

Peter’s funeral will be held on April 23^rd at 1 pm at the Chelmsford Crematorium. He has no flowers but donations to the Essex Air Ambulance.
