Malcolm Ellis Memorial Plaque
The Avicultural Society has contributed to the cost of a slate plaque (see attachment) commemorating Malcolm Ellis, which will be unveiled at Paradise Park at Hayle in Cornwall on July 28th, which would have been Malcolm’s birthday. Members are invited to attend and raise a glass to Malcolm’s memory at 4:30 in the walled garden. No admission charge will be made, but please let Richard Meyer know if you would like to be there. In addition to the plaque, donations are also being sought to support the enormously worthwhile cause of Scarlet macaw conservation in South America.
